This policy explains what personal data AdminToolz collects when you visit admintoolz.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. The data controller is AdminToolz LLC, contactable at contact@admintoolz.com.
Data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, plus the IP address used to send the form. We use this only to answer you and to block spam.
- Newsletter: your email address, an optional first name, the page you subscribed from and the date of subscription.
- Server logs and analytics: pages viewed, referring site, browser type, approximate location derived from the IP address, and the date and time of the visit.

We do not ask for payment details. Purchases happen on the vendor or marketplace site, under their own privacy policy.
Why we process this data and on what legal basis
- To answer your messages: legitimate interest in replying to a request you initiated.
- To send the newsletter you asked for: your consent, withdrawable at any time.
- To measure audience and improve the site: consent where required, otherwise legitimate interest in running the site.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse: legitimate interest in security.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 24 months after the last exchange.
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then up to 12 months in a suppression list so we do not email you again by mistake.
- Server logs: up to 12 months.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, and only for that purpose:
- our hosting provider, Hostinger, which stores the site and its database;
- our analytics provider, where analytics is enabled;
- our email delivery provider, for newsletters and notifications;
- Google, when the anti-spam captcha is enabled on our forms.
Some of these providers operate outside your country. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Affiliate links and third-party tracking
When you click an affiliate link, the vendor or the marketplace may set a cookie to attribute the sale to us. That processing is governed by their privacy policy, not ours. We never receive your payment details from them, only aggregate commission reports.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent at any time. Residents of California may also ask what categories of personal information we collect and request deletion, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Children
This site is aimed at professional buyers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to the database is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect what we hold.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our processing changes. The date at the top of the page always reflects the latest version.
